  • Regulation 13: On the registration and licensing of credit organizations, the registration of branches and representative offices of credit organizations, granting consent for acquiring significant participation in the statutory capital of credit organizations, the qualification procedure for managers of credit organizations, the operational rules of credit organizations, and the requirements for the location and technical equipment of credit organizations.
  • Regulation 14: On the regulation of the activities of credit organizations and the economic norms for the activities of credit organizations.
  • Regulation 15: On the reporting of credit organizations, the submission, and publication of reports.
  • Regulation 8/03: On the publication of information by banks, credit organizations, insurance companies, insurance brokers, investment companies, the central depository, and payment and settlement organizations conducting monetary transfers.

  • On the Credit Registry: On the creation of a credit registry within the creditworthiness information system of clients of banks, credit organizations, and branches of foreign banks operating in the Republic of Armenia, and the procedure for the participation of banks, credit organizations, and branches of foreign banks operating in the Republic of Armenia in the credit registry.
